The G.M. Leather Group, based in Arzignano, has specialised in the tanning and processing of leather for the biggest brands in the leather goods, footwear, and furnishing sectors for over 45 years. Its parent company G.M. Leather takes care of raw material procurement and marketing, supported by SNAM. Processing with greater added value and customisation is carried out by Genesi. A Group that has focused on diversification, quality technical specialisation, investment in 4.0 machinery, and R&D to embark on a path of continuous growth, also with a view on sustainability, and offering an increasingly complete high-end service. Proof of this is the recent binding investment agreement with the Arcadia SGR S.p.A. fund and Marco Toscano, for the acquisition of 18.92% of Chiorino Technology, a leather processing company for the fashion industry.

The Group has established a special ESG committee and will present its first sustainability report next year.
