RMVT, the new traditional electric windmill

Specializing in the pressing and drying of hides and skins with a history that began in 1970, the Bauce company is involved in the design and manufacture of presses and continuous winders. In 2019, it bought and relaunched a historic and prestigious brand in the tanning industry, Officine RM, with which it has expanded its range of ma- chinery by producing fleshing, shaving and traditional setting winders. The company bases its business on Industry 4.0, thanks in part to an in-house R&D depart- ment, with the aim of making the machining process more efficient and sustainable and continuously increasing customer satisfaction.

Once again Bauce, a leading manufacturer of leather pressing and drying machinery for more than fifty years, confirms its vocation for research and technological inno- vation by presenting RMVT, the new traditional windmill that is the result of the merger between the RM brand's experience in the traditional machinery sector and Bauce's experience in the continuous windmill and pressing sector. Fully electric motorization, sturdiness and reliability, speed of movements and precision in closures and nuances giv- en by the electric handling system: these are the features that distinguish the new machinery, making it even more efficient and cutting-edge. The new RMVT will also be avail- able in two versions with one or two felts.
