Technological 4.0 innovation is definitely the PFC company’s strong point. The company uses robotic machinery that automatically glues and laminates credit card pockets inside the wallets. The machinery only needs the help of one artisan, instead of two as required by the traditional process. Furthermore, the milling plotter with an integrated CAD-CAM system makes it possible to automate and speed up the production of stitching templates with Juki automatic machines. These innovations not only optimise production processes, but also reduce energy and material consumption, eliminating unnecessary waste.
