ABOUT
Massimiliano Pancani, a leading engineer in the energy sector in Florence, launched Deateq, an innovative start-up company in 2020 with the idea of contributing to an economic system that is fairer and more balanced and that facilitates the transition from the exploitation of natural resources to the restoration of rich and healthy ecosystems.
The Deateq company pursues its goal by operating in two different modalities: specialised consultancy in the field of energy management to facilitate an ecological transition, and through MyManager®, the outstanding cloud-based software developed by the company itself, to contribute to the digital transition.
Energy management in particular is a service designed for private and public companies to reduce their energy consumption and related expenditure by improving their energy management. These topics are also promoted at a national and European level and aim to mitigate costs and consumption through the study and implementation of innovative and effective strategies.
The Deateq company proposes different types of contracts all, however, aimed at identifying savings opportunities, obtaining energy-related economic incentives, and increasing sustainability also from an ESG rating perspective.
FOCUS
MyManager® is an energy management software that offers management, support, and analysis tools useful in daily management activities. Modern, available in the cloud on any device, and ready for QR Code technology, MyManager® improves the experience of all those who, in various capacities, are involved in the management of buildings and the systems in them.
The aim is to create awareness in companies that, through MyManager®, can manage their energy assets with ease, immediacy and reliability. These are just some of the features that characterise the software, which is specially designed to access data and information quickly and at any time.
MyManager® has three main areas: the management area, the support area, and the analysis area.
The management area handles asset-related documents, energy accounting, and maintenance requests through a ticketing system.
The support area instead provides an efficient Chat where users actively collaborate in the management process, a Timeline to view the “maintenance history” of each building or plant, in perfect chronological order, and a Live Data page to observe the trend of environmental variables (temperature, relative humidity and air quality) in real time.
The analysis area offers a Report page to search for documents and information in terms of presence, expiry, and validity, and an Analysis page to create useful benchmarks to easily assess the energy performance of managed assets.
