Global CITES was created from the experience of Elison in implementing a Multi Brand and Multi Entity system for the management of CITES for an international Luxury group. “In a way, CITIES can be considered the precursor of the digital passport”, says Alberto Proverbio, Senior Advisor of Tesisquare. It goes beyond the regulatory requirements of keeping the loading and unloading of hides and skins records and the production of CITIES documents. It provides a digital identity for both products and raw and semi-finished materials, tracing the use of materials, and building a certain genealogy of the finished product along the supply chain, up to the point of sale and as a result, to the consumer. A well-organised tool that avoids duplication of activities and information while also benefiting staff.
