Since 2012, the Quadrifoglio tannery has specialised in the processing of suede splits on bovine hides with chrome and chrome free tanning processes, for the footwear, leather goods, and apparel sectors. Through its processes, the tannery gives voice to the centuries-old culture of the Vicenza tanning district, putting passion and experience into each project to create made-to-measure articles. One of its strengths is the Express Leather service: four items in stock in a wide range of colours. The Quadrifoglio tannery is LWG Silver level certified, and thanks to a fleet of Industry 4.0 machinery, it optimises processes, reducing environmental impact and waste.

FOCUS

Among the Quadrifoglio tannery’s new proposals is Q - BIO, a line of leather that is over 90% biodegradable and does not release phytotoxic and chemical-toxic substances, in line with Reach regulations. Its production process uses less water and energy. Tests carried out on Q - BIO leather showed a chromium content of less than 100 ppm and formaldehyde values close to zero. The line maintains the same quality and performance as leathers processed with traditional products and has greater tear resistance, great versatility in processing, and is completely hypoallergenic.
