Constructed in Italy, in the company’s own factory, the DVG machines simplify the production steps for leather goods, guaranteeing the highest quality result reducing processing times. The DVG machines are designed and manufactured according to Industry 4.0 criteria, with a view to increasing attention to eco-friendly energy saving product longevity and ease of disposal.

Having launched its new Health&Security mission, the Del Vecchia Group is proud to announce that it has made further progress in pursuit of this goal. Indeed, the company continues to dedicate significant resources to optimising the devices and functions of its machines to enhance worker safety and ergonomics. At SIMAC 2024, Del Vecchia Group will present a series of new devices designed to ensure maximum safety during the machining process. Among the latest innovations are new feet with guards positioned on the front foot, offering more space and safety for the operator. The company has also developed a complete range of innovative guards, all APAVE certified, to ensure safety on all automatic machines. These devices include various mechanical guards and a visual recognition technology, which can detect the operator’s hand, automatically stopping the process in case of danger.
