Metallinea is a Florentine company specialising in a wide range of processes to produce metal accessories for high-end footwear and leather goods. The service is complete, rapid, and customised: from the development of the prototype/sample to production, with particular emphasis on the design and development phase of the accessory. The Metallinea company’s goal is to attain full client satisfaction. To achieve this, it makes use of state-of-the-art machinery, such as bronze powder 3D printers, CNC, and electronic lathes, machinery included in the 4.0 Industry Plan, which allows a prototype model and/or samples to be created in a very short time. The company also works with trusted external partners, whose professionalism, which has grown over the years, is a guarantee of quality and reliability. The setting up of a complete electroplating shop with cataphoresis, which will process both prototypes/samples and most of the production, is planned for early 2023. Confirming its desire to ensure a socially and ethically responsible approach, the Metallinea company has attained its SA8000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
