Giardini Group is a company in the Marche region of Italy specialising in leather finishing products, particularly for leather goods and footwear manufacturers. It offers a wide range of varnishes and chemical solutions, thanks to its comprehensive know-how about everything that orbits around finishing in the world of leather and hides. Edge dyeing varnishes represent its core business: the in-house division develops and fine-tunes technologically innovative products, in cooperation with European partners, with the aim of revolutionising edge dyeing in terms of application, fashion effects, quality, and respect for health and the environment.

After DULL, the coloured rib finishing base, the Giardini Group proposes an innovative solution that bestows ribs with a degree of gloss in line with the style of the leather used. «After finishing the rib with any standard opacity colour - comments Enrico Giardini - we thought of creating a special finish with a glossy effect. The new super-gloss and semi-gloss topcoats are dyeing varnishes that can be applied as a final coat on any rib, giving a continuity to a look between the shine of a patent leather and that of the rib.
