Today the company's spokesperson is Luca, the youngest of the De Vito family, a name of assurance in the world of shoe-design and services in the footwear sector. Luca who founded Essential Development in 2018 in Civitanova Marche (MC), after studying at Polimoda in Florence and acquiring several specializations, including one in 3D technology, and six years working experience in the creative office of Ermanno Scervino.

At his side is his father Mario, who has extensive international experience as an entrepreneur, a vocation Luca in turn has inherited from his father. Essential Development stands out for its high-level added value creative services. In summary, production is divided into four areas: basic research, concepts and ideas, creative output, prototyping and execution phases. 

The company's pride is its 3D technology for in-house production of prototypes, unique pieces, and limited series.

A choice that, in addition to the confidentiality of the creative output, enables samples to be produced quickly while containing production costs.
