Thirty years of history and experience in the footwear bottoms industry

Established in 1993 in Porto Sant'Elpidio, Nuova Gibel has specialized over the years in the production of pre-milled soles for women in different types and materials, such as: CUOIO - TUNITH - EVA - CUOIO with TR/PVC/TPU inserts and soles with recycled and environmentally sustainable materials.

The factory covers an area of 650 square meters and, thanks to state-of-the-art machinery and an efficient internal organization, to date boasts a daily production capacity ranging from 200 to 1000 pairs of soles depending on the items and meeting high quality standards.

Using modern CAD/CAM technologies and 3D printers, the company is able to design and customize different types of bottoms according to customer needs, as well as prototyping in a very short time.

Nuova Gibel is growing steadily in the Italian and international markets, thanks in part to its constant research and development with a view to sustainability, which enable it to produce high-quality products that meet the demands of leading brands.
