Precious Fashion: at Oroarezzo the fashion accessory supply chain discusses challenges and opportunities for the future

What are the needs of the supply chain? Which of the fashion and luxury brands? What awaits us in the future? These are just some of the questions we tried to answer during the second Precious Fashion event, the Oroarezzo event in partnership with Leather&Luxury, which is aimed at metal accessory companies.

We started with an analysis of the current situation, from which it is clear that there is at least a partial disconnect between customer and supplier, which often results in finding oneself unprepared for the needs and demands of brands. We then illustrated what the fashion scenario of the next five years will be, with the coming winter season acting as a watershed towards a powerful return of a maximalist aesthetic, evident not only on the catwalk but also in the changes in the creative directions of some of the most influential brands, from Michele at Valentino to Gvasalia at Gucci.

Finally, we outlined what the challenges and opportunities of the fashion accessory supply chain will be in the near future, together with the guests present on stage: Giulio Bevilacqua - Owner and Head of Research and Development of Bedin, Emiliano Bindi - Technical Consultant of Kolzer, Omar Cescut - Vice President of AFEMO, Fabio Coradin - Commercial Director of the MTWH group, Alessandro Pacenti - President of Consorzio Physis, Giovanni Schiavi - Managing Director of Smartvision.

Thanks to their strategic vision and innovative know-how, we have identified the focal points of a panorama that promises to be stimulating, not least because of the opportunities that the vertical jewellery supply chain offers metal accessory companies.
