A new acquisition for MTWH (that of Metalstudio dates back to a month ago) which continues to push for growth through external lines. The group, active in the sector of accessories for high fashion brands through the companies Metalworks (Bergamo), Mengoni e Nassini (Florence), Fgf (Florence), Fixo (Padua), Metalstudio (Florence), has in fact announced that it has finalized the acquisition of Florenradica, a company specialized in woodworking and 3D printing techniques.
«After the recent acquisition of Metalstudio – declared Cesare Luzzana, CEO of MTWH –, the entry into MTWH of a new Made in Italy excellence further strengthens our presence in the production chain of accessories for luxury and fashion brands , allowing us to access specific skills in an integrated platform logic, in an increasingly strategic sector for luxury brands."
Based in the province of Florence, Florenradica «has managed to combine refined craftsmanship with a strong drive for innovation – explains a note -, becoming a strategic counterpart of luxury brands for the production of fashion accessories and home items». Thanks to an important research and development activity in woodworking and in the most advanced resin printing technologies, it has broken down all sorts of creative limits.
