Like last year, APLF will take place at the World Trade Centre in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). Showcasing - from 13 to 15 March 2023 - the innovations of international companies from the leather, footwear, textile, chemical, machinery, sourcing and services sectors. The Leather, Materials+ and Fashion Access shows will be held concurrently, divided as usual into themed areas. The main side events will also include the Global Footwear Executive Summit (GFES), conferences and seminars on the latest trends (such as those on leather by Leather Naturally), fashion shows and trend areas, thus helping to reinforce APLF's image as a trade fair at the forefront of innovation and creativity.
The 16,000 square metres of exhibition space with 14 national pavilions from Brazil, China, Egypt, France, India, Italy Pakistan, South Africa, Turkey and Vietnam are already overbooked. Thanks to the cooperation with Informa's regional offices located in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), the organisers expect buyers from all parts of the world and a lively fair is expected especially for machinery and technology suppliers, who see the Arab location as a good crossroads to meet partners from Africa and Eastern Europe. In fact, Dubai's location between Europe and Asia makes it an ideal place to organise an international fair like APLF, whose mix of exhibitors and visitors usually includes some 80 different countries. What's more, the city boasts excellent international air links to/from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and direct flights from the US and South America, making it rightly the true business hub of the Middle East.
