How Loewe's submarine bag is born

In the hyper dreamlike mind of Jonathan Anderson there is often a childlike element that also has, however, a large artisanal component. This is also the case with the collection developed by Loewe in collaboration with Japanese ceramicist Suna Fujita, which includes hand-painted accessories and others with shapes that echo the artist's drawings, such as the submarine bag.
Handmade, it has a 3D printed skeleton covered in laminated nappa leather with hand-painted leather embellishments, metal accessories, and leather details such as the small blue propeller on the end. The bag costs 9,000 euros
LOEWE will donate part of the proceeds from each item part of the collection to Save the Children's Education in Emergencies program, which aims to ensure safe educational settings for children living in humanitarian emergencies around the world.
