Mannucci Packaging, here is the first large-format printing/die-cutting machine
"At a time of severe market turbulence and uncertainty that has brought unpredictable increases in raw materials and energy costs, our company has decided to react with major investments."
Sauro Mannucci of Mannucci Packaging comments in this way on the three new developments involving the acquisition of Extra Box, a paper converting company with 50 years of presence in the market, the expansion of the Terrafino site, with the construction of a new warehouse, and the reopening of the old Montespertoli site. The new spaces have enabled more flexible business operations, optimizing both production and customer service.
In addition to the changes in terms of space, Mannucci Packaging has strengthened its market presence thanks to a brand new production line, recently installed at the Terrafino headquarters, which complements the existing one. It was designed entirely by the company's in-house technicians and amalgamates all in-line production functions, from die-cutting to high-definition printing on both the inside and outside of the box and folding.
It is the first printing/die-cutting machine in Italy with large format 1600X2800 mm, and is capable of producing up to 60,000 boxes per hour. The E-Commerce container sector is the first to benefit significantly from the introduction of this new production line.
