Roberto Poggiali: here are the new trends, between maxi pearls and boho chic buckles
"Future trends? The return of brooches, but also the enhancement of sizes, from boho chic style buckles to maxi pearls." In light of the latest fashion shows, but also anticipating the must-haves of the coming months, Gloria Poggiali, owner of the Roberto Poggiali company, outlines some trends in jewelry and fashion accessories. "In the last fashion shows," she explains, "some novelties were maxi earrings and chockers. And precisely the size theme will also recur in the coming months." Novelties and demands to which Roberto Poggiali can easily respond, thanks to its ability to combine craftsmanship and technological innovation. Founded in 1971, the company is a well-established Florentine brand today, dedicated to the creation of unique and original precious jewelry, bijoux and fashion accessories, offering design and production services, dedicated both to the commissions of other brands in the sector and of its clients.
"We started out as an artisan company specializing in gold, silver and precious jewelry," Gloria Poggiali continues, "then we also included the production of costume jewelry and fashion accessories for our own collections but mostly for third parties, making us more and more known and appreciated by big brands. Today we use a bit of all techniques and have the ability to make any type of object: jewelry, buckles, heels, bags. According to the trends of the moment we adapt production, as we did in the last collections, aligning ourselves for example with the demand for chains." Being a historical company, Roberto Poggiali also has a large modeling archive with various styles: an important element because brands that need specific proposals according to their moodboard can immediately find answers.
"Today we are an all-female reality," Gloria Poggiali further explains, "and this is very important because it allows us to combine a multitasking approach with a lot of sensitivity, creativity and perception of beauty. In short, craftsmanship, tradition, innovation and a never trivial look at the fashion world are the secrets to understanding its trends and interpreting its demands in the best possible way.
