Ezipcut, the cutter that marked Danese's breakthrough

Coming from Danese Srl's long experience in the technical field and passion for micromechanics, eZip Cut, a state-of-the-art, easy-to-use pneumatic cutter capable of trimming all types of leather after fleshing (as well as fabrics and other materials) quickly and easily. It is one of the lightest products in its class and, thanks to the quality of the materials from which it is made, is very resistant to wear and tear.

“This is a project of which we are particularly proud,” explains Maurizio Danese, administrator of the Danese Group, ”because it has been a challenge: it is the result of the efforts of our team, which, from repairing third-party pneumatic scissors, has gone on to make us able to offer the market a unique tool in its category, which is giving us great satisfaction. Everyone who has tried our pneumatic cutter has been happy with it, and that is gratifying to us because it is a product made in Danish.”

Since it was developed and marketed in 2019, the eZip Cut has proved to be a product without competition in terms of efficiency and quality, partly because it can be customized according to customer requirements: for example, it is possible to increase the cutting mouth, thanks to a cutting body with special round protection. Tailor-made modifications can also be made, following European standards. A decisive upgrade, as is also shown by its success despite having landed on the market in the midst of the Covid phase.

The eZipCut cutter, equipped with a decagonal blade that increases the cutting ratio, also has a self-lubrication system that makes it, precisely, always well lubricated and lengthens the average life of the mating gears. The product's durability fits in with the sustainable philosophy of parent company Danese Group: completely made in Italy, eZipCut is composed of materials chosen with great care and with great attention to environmental protection, so as to guarantee it a long life and avoid waste.
